Last week, I grabbed a tripod and a book, and went outside to do a bit of read-aloud! The birds were singing at the top of their lungs, and though you can’t see it, dappled sunlight was being tossed by the breeze through the trees.

Ok, so headphones/earbuds didn’t work but my pc speaker does. I love your accent!! The soft background noises add SO much. This is beautiful. Thank you!!

Haha, yes, I’m still alive and now writing again. (I took a six-month break because it overtook my life.) I’m just not on the internet really anymore. It made me depressed, and I now have an amazing church community with bunches of writers, so I’m happier now. I do miss all of y’all though!!

Hello Miss Hedgcock, I just want to say how very much I and my friends absolutely love your books and are eagerly awaiting book 8! I love books where families work together as a team and seek help from the Lord with what they do.
I have a couple questions I’ve been wondering about. Where in the United States do the Bakers live, and of the twins, is Andy or Abby older? I haven’t been able to figure these two out.
