Hello Everyone!

I’m popping in to say a quick greeting, to thank you for the participation on the reverse Q&A (we’ve broken a record on the blog for most comments on a post! Hurray and well done! 🙂 ), and to let you know about a survey that Kingdom Pen is running.

The survey enables readers to give important information to writers, letting them know what they like and dislike about the trends in certain genres, what they think makes a book stand out, what they think makes a good character, etc.

The results will be published and freely available on Kingdom Pen, and I’m sure they’ll be helpful to all of us writers as we hone our skills. The more feedback, the merrier 🙂 … but it’s only open for a few more days.

I filled one out, and besides being fun, it made me think about which books are memorable to me and why . . . which is always a good thing to have in mind when writing. (You’re only asked to give your views on genres that you read, so don’t feel bad about leaving blank the ones that you don’t read.)
